I’m looking at replacing an x86 router with the RB600 and daughterboard combo. The RB600 has 3 more ports than the pc and should be able to handle the load fine since the pc runs usually less than 10% with 3.2Ghz processor.
It would seem that the RB should be more reliable than the PC due to no moving parts and the network throughput specs on the RB600 indicate that it can handle the loading fine. I could also use the server for something else ![]()
Any feedback would be appreciated.
