RB600 problem

hi everybody,
I’m trying to acces to my RB600 by winbox but it can’t detect RB’s MAC address, I was using it perfectly, making configurations until certain day. I had tried to reset it but the problem remains.

I am using a cross cable and winbox 2.2.14

please, what can I do?
what can be the problem?

Check RB with serial nullmodem cable.What you see on Hyper Terminal

I have the same problem.. and I get normal info through hiperterminal but not from ethernet. Link is ok, but it doesn’t show nothing : ?
