RB7* series ESD Ehternet Surge Protection - what component ?

Hi,

I have seen that all the RB7** series use a Ethernet ESD Surge Protection chip.
The component on the PCB is D400 and it’s labeled as ABDE.

Does anybody nows from what brand this SMD is?
