RB700 Packages

Hi All,

I have a quick question, I am trying to install the user manager package, on the RB 751U and am having no luck.

I have done the following.

  1. Copied the user-manager-5.14-mipsbe.npk to the RB, and the package appears under the Files List.
  2. I rebooted the router, as this is how the package is installed, when looking under the packages selection the user-manager-5.14-mipsbe.npk is not there ?

Please help

Are you running 5.14 on the router as it’s OS version? If not then UserManager 5.14 won’t run on it.

I have found the problem, and resolved, all is working 100% now.
