RB711 no wifi signal

Hello,
I’ve just buy RB711ufl. I want to use it as client with wifi to ISP, LAN to computers.
I already scanned and save my wifi provider AP. Then I had to reset it.

Now i can’t the AP.
I only scan other close AP.
Scannig with connected antenna is the same as scanning without any antenna.

Is it problem with some settings wireless interface or bad wifi integrated adapter?

Can you help me?

Turning the device on without connecting an antenna can damage it!

Make sure that after reset you have the wireless card enabled, and set to mode station and correct frequency band and mode.
