RB750 and bandwidth limit

Hello. I want to limit the internet connection on eth port 2 .

I dont care if is lan or internet but to limit it at 32kb/s upload and 256 kb/s download .

What is the best way ? via hotspot or with something else ?

It is best to use queues for limiting bandwidth http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Queue

I have a similar requirement, I need to limit traffic on one interface to 5M down. Are simple queues the right tool for this? In webfig the max target download speed seems to be 2M.

What’s with the rate limit on interface? Seems to be there but I get a ‘no supported on this interface’ when I try to use it.

Just overtype the 2M with the value you want.
