rb750 brick?

Hello,

I have a RB750 which suddenly stopped working. It wont boot and both leds PWR and ACT stay on. I can make it boot by hardware resetting it but only for 1 time. So if i want it to boot I have to reset it every time. I updated the firmware and the software but still does the same. Is it useless or can be fixed?

You have to change the two capacitors:
