Something is permanently writing NAND disk.
Check log and graphing settings.

first of, make sure you are running latest RouterOS and then try again.
With dude running on the router - check if you have set delayed write to conserve the nand.
Yes, in both 750s are ROS 5.4 … I will try 5.11.
Where is “delayed write” setting in dude?
