I have 2 x RB750 brand new who hang up unexpected after 5-8 days. Than I need to travel 120 km to power OFF / power ON. nice, isnt’ it ?
I notice that the device create a file autosupout.rif and autosupout.old.rif.
What can I do … with this files … where to send .. and HOW ? in order to fix the Unexpected Hang Up of my devices ?

B> device are powered by his original transformer. after I notice the problem for the very first time I replace the original transformer with a better transformer MEANWELL who have stabilizator inside (we have hundreds). the power is suplied via a UPS WELL who work with CAR BATERY to ensure electricity for an extented period.
Grounding is connected to ALL metal parts, including UTP CABLE, anthenass support, transformers with this option.
I have to mention that in the place where this issue is happening offen, i replace the RB750 with brand new 2 times till now and same result.
Moreover, there is so much electricity in the air before a heavy weather came, so much electricity .. than … if you put a 45 m utp cable in the air between 2 high places (6 m above the earth), and you try to touch this cable to back side of the hand (cables are cleaned by plastic parts, so you touch the couper directly) … you can not keep it because of the electric shock. jout cable in the air right before the storm. we face a lot of strange things in that places (1400 m altitude). ETH interfaces of the AccesPoints was offen broken before grounding even the antenna support.
any sugestion ?
