RB750 problem

hi. i have a few problems with RB750. first, sometime cpu usage is 100%, and in that moments, there is one or two user connected on RB750 pppoe server. that problem was with v4.10 (there is screenshot in that situation). i installed 5.0beta6, and cpu usage was 100% always, and then i installed v4.11, but there is another problem. my ethernet interfaces was gone. i got ip from DHCP, but i couldn’t come in my configuration over IP, just over MAC address. and at the end, there is one bad block. screnshots will say everything. there is not L7 filters, there is not a lot of firewall rules etc etc.

Can I request a replacement device to where I bought it because the device is still under warranty? is there enough reason for that?

Bad Block Management
Devices with Bad Blocks have the same quality level and the same AC and DC characteristics as devices where all the
blocks are valid. A Bad Block does not affect the performance of valid blocks because it is isolated from the bit line and
common source line by a select transistor.
