RB750 troughtput

hi,
i’ve connected two rb750 (router os 4.5) with 1 utp cat5 (30 cm).

I deleted the initial configuration.
I set only one Ethernet interface on both routers and I have connected with an ethernet cable.
With the bandwidth test on Winbox (tcp), i see 46Mbps rx and 44Mbps tx (once per time).
With udp: 26/26 Mbps.
On system/resource, cpu load is 100% during test and 0/1% without traffic (on both router).
It is max for rb750?

if yes, can i setup two port on both rb750 for incrase bandwidth?

PS: internal bandwidth test (on 127.0.0.1):
udp: 430 Mbps
tcp: 29 Mbps

I am not experienced with the RB750, but I am with the bandwidth tests. It takes a LOT of cpu time to keep up with those interfaces on a bandwidth test!

Yes, Btest takes a lot of resources to generate that random data. So your Btest server and client must be powerful.

Like:

Powerful router —> RB750 ----> Powerful Router 2

I suppose is better to take the load of the RB and put it on PC-s, connect something behind the RB and than ftp the data back and forth or just use wan killer from solarwinds, i think that would make a more reliable test than the one you are currently conducting.

ok thanks
i’m going to test this:
rb 1000 → rb750 → intel core2 with router os

much better
