RB750 winbox problem

Hi there,

I bought a few units of rb750 and i have one that i cannot access it in winbox by mac address.

i think by default all RB´s are accessible by Mac address in winbox, but i cannot access this one, i get the following error: "could not connect to 00:xx:xx:xx:xx (port 20561) - timed out.

I need to connect by mac because i want to reset all configuration and start by scratch.

Any help ?

Have you tried soft/hard reseting it?

Some ideas to try… In winbox, when you click on the […] button, does your routerboard show up? That will tell you if you have connectivity to the router. Try all the different ether ports in case there is some kind of firewall rule on the router. Turn off any firewall on your PC. If the router does not show on the […] find button, try manually entering the MAC address of the interface you are directly connected to. It may still be on a Mikrotik Label attached to it.
