RB750G AS FIREWALL AND SWITCH OR NOT?

Hi,

A simple question. We have 2 servers (20 virtual machines inside each) connected to a RB750G. The RB750G is configured as a switch and firewall. Eth1 is the internet link, and the rest are switched. Everything seems to be working OK, but we sometimes see performance irregularities while moving virtual machines over the physical link (one host to another).

Will be best if we connected the hosts with a 3COM SWITCH and then use the rb750g only as firewall? Or our current config is just fine?

the rb configure as firewall and put a switch for connect de virtual host and interconet the server.
