RB750G - config. for 2 providers

Hi all.
Today I bought a RB750G, Mikrotik routers is something new to me so I need some help configure it as I need.
So, till now I had a D-Link DIR-615, but sometimes I had problems with my internet provider so with decided to have a backup provider, that means 2 WAN ports and the router that I have now doesn’t support this.
This is what I have:

1’st provider : PPPoE(Username / Password)
Username: XXXX
Password: XXXX
DNS1: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
DNS2: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

2’nd provider: Static IP
IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Gateway: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
DNS1: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
DNS2: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

So 1 and 2 should be WAN ports, the other 3 simple LAN, I also need DHCP.
DHCP address range: 192.168.0.3 - 192.168.0.199
I also need the load balancing setting running for the WAN ports, both Providers should work at the same time and if one fails the other one should work fine.
I have a few ports forwarded to a server:

192.168.0.2 - Port: 21, 25, 81, 110,143
192.168.0.2 - Port: 443, 465, 993, 995

…and the virtual server (I think this is the same as port forward) for other IP’s, this is for Remote Desktop:
192.168.0.200 - Port 3128
192.168.0.02 - Port 3131
..and so on.

I think this is it, waiting for your replies.
Thank you in advance.

At the moment I’m here…

Nobody ???

So I’ve set the parameters for both provider, for first and second providers port 1 and 2 (WAN), made a LAN between 3,4,5 ports (3’rd port master), now I don’t know how to set so that both providers (internet connection) would work together + load balancing.
