Hello all i have purchased Rb750G 7 days ago
and noticed that 1st and 2nd ports lambs doesn’t turn on after connecting a cable to them, though other ports do.
i reset its software to the default by terminal "sys reset "
and it also didn’t work
what should i do now
Note: the ports works well but its lights doesn’t .
Sounds like the LEDs are broken. Talk to your reseller.
