When I power it on, the PWR, ACT and ETH5 leds are on. After approx 3 seconds the ACT led is switched off. Connecting the cable to whatever port does nothing. Changing the PSU, using different cables, trying to reset by reset button or switching it to netinstall mode does nothing. At whatever mode, the ethernets do not respond – tried against PC, switch and other mikrotik devices. Ethernets are just not switched on when cable connected. And, ETH5 led is still on.
Sometimes also eth4 led lights together with eth5 led, sometimes eth4 led lights alone. But mostly only eth5 led lights alone. I have checked the capacitors, seem not inflated, so probably they are fine. I have no other idea what to do.
