I ordered +/- 10 RB750GL’s and am busy configuring them now.
I already got 3 of them not booting (brandnew out the box)! I tried to reset to defaults with the hardware button, but no joy. (yes, i use the right procedure) The led’s of ether 1 & 2 (where my utp is connected) are constantly blinking.
I have no access to the devices in any way. What can I do? I need them asap in the field!

Jumper on the bottom? I don’t see a jumper?
To reset, I hold the reset button with a pen, then plug the power and when the ACT starts flashing I release the reset button and the device resets to defaults normally.

PS WIth one of the devices I noticed leaving it on the power for +15min gave me access to it.
After upgrading to ROS5.6 the device seems to act normal. Did you have issues like this before with ROS5.2 on RB750GL

FYI, I was able to recover them all by letting them connected to power and ethernet for 15 to 20 minutes.
After that time the router became accessible and I was able to upgrade FW to ROS5.6. I didn’t have any issues anymore after that.
I’ve never seen such behaviour on any other MT device I had in my hands in the past. Anyway, I’m happy it’s solved RMA is always a PITA (I don’t mean the RMA service of MT, but the hassle that comes with it)
