RB750GL cannot ping after RouterOS upgrade to v6.11

Hi all,

today i have done a RouterOS upgrade to v6.11 on a RB750GL.
I copied the file to the Files window in WebCfg and then rebooted the router.

From then on i cannot ping the system and reset doesn’t help.
What can i do to reinstall the OS?

I have already followed the steps to install from NetInstall but it doesn’t work.
Tried again in a different computer in case i miss something but no luck.

What’s happend?

Is firewall disabled on youre computer?

I am using netinstall for 6.11 and the device mac address doesn’t appear in netinstall after following the boot process.
I am holding the reset until the act button is not flashing anymore.
Which is the correct port to be connected port 1 (wan) or port 2(lan)?

You must use port 1

Tried again in port 1 with no luck.

In the Ports/Drive window i should the computer drives or not?
Because i cannot see anything there.

Yes i have followed the procedure as described.
Windows Firewall is disabled from services. OS is Windows 7 Professional.

Hold on the reset button 15 seconds and wait a few seconds if than the station not comes up.
If don’t work hold the button what longer.

So i was able after a bunch of tries to get the device appear in the NetInstall.
I have rebooted and i am trying to check what is the ip of the device now. Default ip is not working.

Try to connect with Mac-address and don’t forget you must connect from port 2-5
