RB750GL Lan Port Problem & Cannot Reset

Hi,

Anybody can help me how to fix this problem i have a RB750GL every time we power up the unit the LAN port has a problem no LED light for a connectivity and not responding. also the unit cannot be reset.

Apologies to dig up such an old thread but my new RB750GL has same problem. Were you able to get any solution?

Try the netinstall procedure like here

Tried the NetInstall method but did not help either. The ACT LED does not flash at all. Sent the router back to Dealer and they were nice to offer refund.
