RB750GL meet my requirement or not?

Hi everyboday and I’ll be thankful if you spend your valuable time on my case.

I’m going to buy two RB750GL router board for following reason. Could you please let me know if this device meet my requirement or not?

1-Connecting office A to office B with Internet connection(VPN).
2-Network A , the main and has DC ISA, SharePoint, Antivirus and SQL 2008R2 servers.

3- Network B has no server , all clients are connected to two switches and ready connect to router board.

I’m going to establish VPN connection between these two offices. These below question raised up in my mind could you please answer to my questions?

a- Is 750GL equipped with DHCP server? Because I’m going to use this DHCP server in network B.
b- While VPN connection is configured and all clinets in network B obtained IP address, are they(clients) able to connect to resources( Database bank, file server, sharepoint site) of network A?
c- As I know 750GL equipped with firewall, am I able to manage internet bandthwith to my clients with this device?

A - Yes
B - Yes, if setup this correctly.
C - Yes. But what do you mean by manage bandwidth?

Also, how much bandwidth are you bringing into each site and how many users are at each site?

In C I meant that using this device instead of ISA or forefront to control quote and bandwidth of each user who are totally 10 stations.

In Network A , I just want use 750GL just for connecting to site B’s router board. it has no more rule.
In network B total bandwith is monthly 4 GB by 512kB ADSL2.

The 750GL will be fine for your needs.
