RB750GL Throughput issues

Hi Everyone

I am having very low TCP throughput on a RB750GL.
Now, before everyone tells me to read other threads regarding testing procedures etc, I have done that

My setup is as follow:
At my DC I have a CCR 1036 (Port12) connected via 10mbps fiber link provided by another company to one of my POPs (POP1) connected to the RB750GL (port1)

At POP1 the RB750GL(port2) connects to my POP2 via a LigoPTP 5M Pro wireless link to POP2 to a RB2011 (Port1)
All ROS are on 6.12

OSPF is setup and working like a charm
MPLS is working also, tried tests with and without it.

All interfaces connect on 1Gbps / full Duplex
MTU 1600/1500 L2MTU/MTU

Test results:
DC to POP1:
BWTest UDP: 10mbps, TCP 9+ mbps

POP1 to POP2
BWTest: UDP: 45mbps, TCP: 40+ mbps

DC to POP2
BWTest UDP: 10mbps, TCP 7mbps
iperf 6.5-7 mbps

I have checked the cpu usage on the RB750GL and it never goes over 5% during tests.

Please explain why I can get 9+ mbps TCP to and from the RB750GL at POP1, but not more than 7 mbps when just routing through it?

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Regards

Keneth

Any latency issues, duplex issues or packet drops on the POP1 <> POP2 wireless link would affect the TCP throughput to POP2.

Thanks for your reply.
From pop1 to POP2 if I do a BWTest I get the expected results as mentiond in my post.
It only occures when I route from DC through POP1 to POP2.

I have seen posters mentioning duplex issues, how do I diagnose that?

It might be worth looking at the CPU on the 750. Any sign that it is stressed during the test?
