I tried to upgrade my routeros on my rb750gl and now all it does it alternate blinking the act and the 5 lan ports lights back and forth. I tried holding both the reset button and using the reset pad under the sticky foot pad. Is it bricked or is there some way to revive it?

try to install using netinstall. seems like interruption occur during up-gradation process.
I am trying a netinstall. I have my win7 laptop running the netinstall program with my windows firewall turned off directly connected to port 1 (the poe port) on the rb750gl. I never see the device show up in the list of devices to flash. What does it mean when the act and all 5 port lights flash back and forth between them?
