Hey everyone. Not a good start with a RouterBOARD 
Brand new RB750Gr2, when inserting the power cable, PWR LED turns on for a short while, then turns off, then USR LED turns on. And that’s it. No link lights or anything. Reset button does nothing neither after nor during power on.
I’m experiencing the exact same problem you are talking about.
How did you finally got your RB750Gr2 working? Did you find any solution?
Return board to the seller for replacement.
Ah, yes. Messaged the seller, he replied that the board was probably DOA, so he sent me a replacement.
netinstalled 3 of such with identical issues. one was failed and RMA-ed without problems.
generally bottloader in such cases - switch to netinstall after short delay. sometimes(very rare !!)its broken at all and had not acticity whatsoever).
