RB750Gr3 and Simple Queue

On RB750Gr3 installed a fresh RouterOS 6.38.5 (main package). The default configuration is deleted. In port #2 connected the LAN (it is a local network), connect my PC to the port #3. For port #3, I assigned a master port-2 port (LAN). The Internet and Lan is worked.
The problem occurs when setting a simple queue to limit the speed on port # 3.

/queue simple
add max-limit=2M/2M name=queue1 target=ether3

In the ip - firewall settings on fasttrack not found.
Speed limitation does not occur. Tell me what to do?

For port #3, I assigned a master port-2 port (LAN).

You cannot do that for slave port. Anytime you set master-port property for some port that port becomes slave port; RouterOS does not work with slave ports directly, but only via the corresponding master ports.
