RB750Gr3 not responding after attempted factory reset

My band new Hex router purchased from Amazon 2 days ago stopped working.
It worked out of the box, when I plugged in very fist time.
I did the firmware update to 6.41RC and it worked after the firmware update.
I have not changed any settings, router is using default 192.168.88.xxx subnet.
Yesterday evening I after restarting the cable modem, I could not connect to the internet.
Then I tried factory resetting the HEx using winbox tool, now I have no connectivity to the router.

Sent from Mail for Windows 10 “Ethernet Status” shows packets being sent to the router, but nothing back from the HEx router. I have tied power cycling the router without any luck. When router starts, I hear one beep after 7 seconds followed by 2 beeps after about 30 seconds.
I can see network port activity lights blink when I connect Ethernet cable to any port.
Any help in getting back to factory default working condition?

What about searching for a neighbor in the winbox? It should find it. Otherwise try netinstall.

I would not recommend running RC software as a first experience with these routers, especially not this version.
Netinstall it to 6.40.4 and without keeping configuration (i.e. start from defaults).

I was able to connect to the router using MAC address and do a firmware update to 6.40 with netinstall tool.
Now I am back running. Thanks
