I can not give you the solution, only an advice: NEVER downgrade a device to firmware older than the one it shipped with.
That hardware did not exist when 5.26 came out, so it is not supported.
But try netinstall on a system where the board is direct connected to a PC by cable, with only a single active network adapter on the PC, and no other devices in the network except maybe a dumb switch.
