All,
I have a need for a device with the features of the RB750UP, but also need a low powered AP as part of the solution. Is it possible to insert a USB Wifi NIC in the USB port of the RB750UP to accomplish this?
Thanks!
Robert

If your Wifi NIC is based on an Atheros or PrismII chipset, it should work. Mikrotik supports Atheros and PrismII pci wifi cards, I’m sure USB wifi cards also supported. I personally tried to connect a Broadcom-based and a Railink-based card, they didn’t work(of course). So be careful with your choice.
We have a model that works fine with MikroTik - link: http://webshop.engitech.ch/index.php?route=product/product&path=24_88&product_id=408
Great, thanks everyone!
