RB750UP will not boot

I have 3 different RB750UP –s and have big problem with booting process. I am using it in situations where they are rebooted once a while, after setup of antennas is done. Following are issues I had (in less then a month of using it). Each of them was considered complete failure for my sytem:
• It reboots and PoE ports are flashing red and power is not there
• It reboots and IP adress is 0.0.0.0, not the one I set for router interface
• It reboots and no port will recognize plain Ethernet cable from laptop
• It reboots and WinBox does not see it ( not even MAC interface), while that (laptop) is only cable plugged in.

Any advice?

Try to reinstall RouterOs with the last version 6.10

How do I install anthing if it doesn’t recognize network cable plugged in ?

Mayby as netbooting is configured recognize netbooting this
