RB751G-2HnD - Can not ping beetween PCs

Hello,
I’ve configured the RB751G-2HnD using Winbox as scheme below:

interface ether1 of the RB751G is connnected to the ADSL router - network 192.168.1.0/24
SW1 is connected to ether5 - network 10.0.0.0/24
SW2 is connected to ether2 - network 192.168.88.0/24
PC1 and PC2 have full connection to the Internet and problem is

  • PC1 can ping to 192.168.88.1 but failed to ping PC2
  • PC2 can ping to 10.0.0.1, failed to ping PC1
In the Route List are entries to 192.168.88.0/24 and 10.0.0.0/24
I need to find out what cause the problem ?

Thanks for reading my post and im apologize for my bad English.

Can you ping the other gateway?

For example, from PC1 to 192.168.88.1

If you remove switchs, what happens?

First of all, we need to know if the problem comes from de routerboard or the switchs

Maybe your switch filter some packets. What switch is? Managed?

Regads

Thanks andressis2k for replying
Yes, i can ping the other gateways from PC1 to 192.168.88.1, 192.168.1.1 (from PC2 to 10.0.0.1, 192.168.1.1 OK too) but not able to ping to PC2 nor PC2 to PC1.
These switches are unmanaged so i think problems are not at these switches.
Isn’t it weird :frowning:

Maybe i’ve found the reason, the firewalls on my PCs,running windows 7 are blocking inbound ICMP packets. So i tried to disable it and everything went fine.
Have a nice day.

same trouble. RouterOS 5.8 x86
in network are eth1 - ISP IP with BGP session
eth2 have a 3 diferents subnets PI and it’s anounced by AS
From internet all work fine. inside a network A i can’t ping any IP in network B,C. but i can ping .1 IPs - this is a router. from B and C same situation. PC in network are linux servers. any things?
