Here is the setup, I have 2 media players 1 connected physically and 1 connected via wireless and both connect to the RB71G-2Hn, The network storage device is connected directly to the router, now if I try and stream a 1080p multimedia file the physically connected works 100% but the wireless connected lags and buffers,
Under the registration details for the wireless interface the wireless device is connected 110mbps/140mbps, during streaming the bandwidth sits at about 10mbps, the streaming works fine for the first 5mins or so and then begins to buffer.
I have tried this with my router configured with my settings and with a full reset and the default settings, but still have the same issue, I have tried streaming from other devices and same issue, I have a friend who has just bought the same device and is having the exact same problem.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening ?
