No, it doesn’t support G-turbo mode. You can use N client that support extension channel then you can use 2x20mhz channel option.
I have R52H at the first Point with Turbo Mode Transmitting the signal but the second Link Point has R52Hn .. Is there by any chance of using 40Mhz Channel between N Card & Turbo Card ?

no, there i not. all 802.11n cards i know of use HT channels and do not support 40MHz channel for legacy modes and vice versa - legacy cards will connect to N access point (at least in RouterOS it will if set to 2ghz-b/g/n) will connect in g mode with 20MHz channel width.
Anyway, it would be advisable to go for 802.11n as within same channel width you get potentially more possible traffic compared to legacy modes and with 40MHz legacy moved to two 20MHz HT channels will yield even better results.
