RB751U-2HnD dropping packets periodically

I have a strange issue. I just purchased a RB751U-2HnD router to use in my office. I programmed the router based on my old 133c, and all seemed to work fine for about a week.

I started getting massive packet loss (in the 80% range) and could not figure out what was going on. I put the 133c back online, and used it in the mean time. I then put the new router back up, to see if I could figure out what was happening, and the router worked fine for about 3 days, then started doing it again. Since then, it seems to be a 2-3 day pattern, that I have to take the router off line for a while, to fix the issue.

There are no log entries showing any issues, and it is not a wireless problem, as it happens on ethernet and when pinging out from the router.

Anybody have any ideas on how to trouble shoot this problem? Could it be a hardware issue such as overheating?

Anybody? Anybody at all ???

This is most annoying, have no idea whether it is hardware or programming related!!!

I upgraded the OS to 6.7, it helped a bit, but not much.

Control first your network cables.
Look to “interface” “status” for control your connection
