RB751U-2HnD LAN lights (1-5) blink every 10 seconds

I have a MikrotTik RB751U-2HnD that is not working. The LAN lights from 1 to 5 keep blinking every 10 seconds while the PWR and ACT lights stay on.
Please help me.
