Do not load backups generated on different routerbaord models. Use “export compact” → “import” instead to transfer configuration. Try resetting router with this method: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Password_reset or reinstall using Netinstall: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Netinstall
