RB760 GL Ethernet port problem

Hellow,

I have got an Rb750GL whch has the uplink ether1 and it’s connected to a rocketh dish antenna.The problem is,when the rocket is turned off ether1 still shows the link up and 100mbps fulldublex so when the rocket is turned on again it doesn’t set the link up and rocket shows the cable as unplugged,but if I disable ether1 and enable again link goes down and when I reboot the rocket link goes up again what may the problem be ?

What RouterOS version do you have?
Do you have Ethernet configuration settings set to default?

Have to ask, what is this rocketh dish antenna?

Why do you turn it off? Is this an access point for wireless? or a link?
