RB800 6x52mn 2xr52hn all mmxc going blind

ok i installed this rb800 with daughter-board bout 2 months ago in that time the 2 r52hn’s and 2 r52mn’s
have popped how does this happen yesterday afternoon nice clear day no wind card pops routros
says card is there everything is fine but does not get any signal nor can it put any out its like the amplifier circuit
has just decided to stop working happened four times now all one at a time always in the afternoon weirdness on the timing
poe voltage on the board is 39.5 temp is average 40 - 57 only happened so far in cards running links
not cards in ap mode not sure if that makes dif all running in G not N cant get N to run stable G is fine tho
links are up to 8km tx power is either on default or under powered ie 6 dbm signal on links is between -46 to -70ish
depending on the link ive stopped using all cards in it now and i am just using 5 but it still happens never had this
happen on any of my other sites just this one in last two months ive replaced everything but the antenna’s and the rb800
any one know what could cause these cards to turn into paper weights for no apparent reason that i can see
almost at point were im thinking of putting the 8 oldr radios back in because they did not have any problems for over a year but they were a mix different cards and a couple of ubiquity radios like the old ulf r52’s and r52hn’s in rb400 series boards never lost a single thing up there untill we put the rb800 in to help tidy up the site and get hopefully better thruput on the radios well i got my thruput but i have these cards that just decided to quit on me on a regular basis
any thoughts would be great

cheers

do you have properly grounded this unit? You should consider that wireless cards are very sensitive to static discharges.

Just make list of things that could possibly go wrong with wireless interface and check throughly if everything is done correctly.

unit itself is only grounded by the poe cable however there is a lightning rod there are you suggesting maybe putting arrestors on the antenna’s ?
this issue seems to only happen on nice fine days with little to no wind
