I have RB800 routerboard configure for internet access through hotspot setup in the router. But I discover that users were unable to access internet through the hotspot at interval (30 -40 minutes at times) until the router is restarted.

Not sure if this is the reason, but why is the dhcp server (dhcp1) issuing 192.168.1.1? Is the gateway ip (192.168.1.2) being issued by the dhcp server?
I assign 192.168.1.1 to the router interface, and assign 192.168.1.8-192.168.1.250 to the dhcp server. That will leave a few ips for static assignments.
Maybe you should post “/ip dhcp-server”, “/ip pool”, and “/ip dhcp-server lease”.
