RB850Gx2 ROS 7 RAM Usage

I have RB850Gx2.
Recently, i upgrade to ROS 7.20.8 long-term, but on second partition.
After i try ROS 7.20.8, the RAM usage are higher than ROS 6 long-term.
even i reset RB850Gx2, the ram usage on ROS 7 are same as pictures.

Here's the comparations.

Is this error, bug or just like this RB850Gx2 on ROS 7?

It's normal for ROS7 to use more RAM.

But seemingly v7 dowloaded some 32 Mb more RAM, upgrading from 480 to 512 Mb memory …
