Hello all, recently we acquired some qrt5ac and lhg5 radio models with a list of countries as well as a super chanell option does not exist as in other hardware this limit as much as available frequencies, upgrade to other versions but does not solve the problem, would like to know If there is any procedure to be performed to counteract a situation.

Yes, to comply with US law, they are locked to US frequencies.

This question was asked some time ago, soon after the US-only models were introduced. The official answer is the lock is in hardware and cannot be removed.
Yes, US lock can’t be removed. When purchasing such products, please be careful. They must say “US Only” in the product code, and you should not buy them for use outside the USA.
