We use over 100 RB912UAG-2HPnD. I have bought next 20 pcs and few of them does not show any wifi interface. No one at /Interface, /System Resources etc. I have tried netflash with different version of MT, wireless and wireless-fp packages - it did not help. To avoid known questions → I have powerd up them with antenna connected:-)
Now RB912 has new PCB - universal for 91x, so maybe “hardware bug”?
create support output files on few of them and contact us directly on support@mikrotik.com so we can check what exactly could be wrong with them, if anything at all.

Good afternoon. Same problem with the RB912R-2nD model there Is no WIFI interface. Tried to install different versions of firmware , separately download packages WIFI Tried and through winbox and through NetInstall nothing helps. There is no WiFi interface and that’s it. What could it be? I wrote and sent the file until I got results. Maybe there is already a solution?
