Hi. I’m new to RouterOs. I recently bought new rb941 which I want to set up as station, comnect to network and share internet to ethernet. Router has script which makes bridge to ports and acts as switch. When i try to delete bridge or make any changes to ports router disconnects me.

it’s not a strange thing !
you are disconnecting yourself from router and it’s completely normal.
when configuring a router you should always make sure that you have a stable connection to it , also when you wanna connect via Winbox click on your router MAC address in list not IP , this help you to connect to your router via MAC address not IP.
also if you configure your bridge and interface properly , after a disconnection you can easily connect back
