when I connect it to 3 units of Airvision Dome cameras, it stopped functioning. Tried reset it but nothing happen.

how did you connect them to RB951-2n - wirelessly or by ethernet?
what RouterOS and BIOS version are you using?
Make sure that you upgrade to the latest verion.
Can you ping and connect the RB951-2n when those cameras connect?
I upgraded to the latest RouterOS 5.20 before connect them by ethernet. Now it is totally dead except for those LEDs. A strange thing though, when I keep on pressing the reset button, Winbox showed its MAC and IP address, but disappear when I release the reset button.
