I have a RB951-2n. device not functioning, tried to upload with all firmwares from current version that support this device (6.43.2) to older versions (4.17) with Netinstall.
No effect.
router not responding for winbox device searching,
no dchp leasing when connecting to router,
if set static ip, for example 192.168.88.5/24 on connected notebook,
ethernet card always blinking like switching on/off every 2-3 sec., and no received packets on this interface.
Please help, how recover this device?
