RB951 and APC UPS

hi, guys!

can anybody explain what happening here ?

APC BackUPS connected to RB951Ui-2HnD via original cable.
as we see UPS successfully detected, but there is no port in Port List (and i can’t add UPS monitoring too)

reboot both devices several times: no luck

be appreciated for any help

  1. Make sure you use the latest ROS and firmware.
  2. The last successful version I use (and still using) is version 6.34.6. I have whined but did not get anywhere.
