Hello..
I have more that 5 devices of RB951 it is have same problem, that is can’t start !!! the router is rebooting and rebooting beeeeb then beeeb but not start at all.
there are no way to rest it or format !!!
some of devices after 2-3 days can start so i could upgraded it to 6.10 then the problem done but some of them now trying to start more that 10 days without success.
simply i sent supout.rif to support but no reply … i hope you can help me

you are right if device started but it is success to start so the network cable give X ( unplug ) and plug again
it is impossible to use netinstall
for sure i use the Original power supply

I did but no way!
plug and unplug cable come from restart (on/off) not from bad cable but i changed it any way.
who can read supout.rif ?
first i want why this problem happens? ( it is for sure came from usermanager database).
and what i have to do to avoid this problem.
