Finally I managed to unbrick my RB951G-2hnd. I had to repeat a lot fo times the flushsing proces, bat at the end I got it.

I used this version of Netinstall: https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.43rc44/netinstall-6.43rc44.zip
So I have now 2 RB951G-2nhd. Thanks to Pradeep. Good Job!!!
