has the throughput been better with previous ROS Versions?
I have a 750GR3 ( Small hex router ( a little more CPU power but not much ) with 6.42 latest RC with Profile running and Speedtest at approx 65 Mbs Down the firewall in Profile doesn’t even get past 0.5 % .
Do you have a number of firewall rules setup ? Im Guessing as your firewall is showing usage in profile something is going on there. as your PC direct obviously performs way better.
If you go in under IP/Firewall/Filter Rules are a lot of packets been dropped ? ( Ie is something external trying to get in r out of you network )
If you go in under Interfaces ( Wan ( Ether 1 im guessing) RX Stats and TX Stats and look at the drop and error counters
Is your WAN interface negotiatiating 1 Gbps ?
Iin Queues/Interface Queues check and see if the Interface ( All hardware interfaces are set to only-hardware-queue )
In Bridge/Ports Tab Click on each Port Line and see if the Check box for Hardware Offload is Checked on for each Port
