Please my RB951Ui-2HnD ethernet ports look deactivated even the Wifi. please advise on how to resolve. I have tried hard reset but the issue continues.

Do you mean that you cannot “see” it via winbox neighbors or connect to it via previously known IP?
In such case, you need to do a netinstall
Thanks. Yes i could not see the wifi name anymore and if i connect an ethernet cable from any of the LAN ports to my PC it does not detect. It was working perfectly well and this happened after i turned it off for days.
