I have a brief experience of successful application of RB 450.
Now we bought 2 pieces of RG-951.
On the first installed firmware v 5.26. I configured the router with NAT and IPSEC VPN.
At first sight everything works good.
But one model of IP Phone (Panasonic) works through VPN good, and other model not works.
I compared protocols of those phones and have not found any difference.
Then I take the second device, install in it firmware 6.11 and the same configuration.
Everything works, including both models of phones.
But now communication works with frequent interruptions, both Internet connection, and VPN.
Yes. At this moment there is RB with firmware 5.26 and all this chains are marked.
I cannot check now configuration for ver. 6.11, but I suppose there are the same settings. In both cases, I have not changed these settings and there are installed values by default.
By the by, in my case, WLANs have been configured but was not used. All devices was connected via ethernet.
I’ve same issue. my routerboard is RB951Ui-2HnD and the version is 6.11. After connected the L2TP IPSEC VPN from internet few hours, it hanged frequently. did anyone has this issue or updated the newest version 6.12 to solved this problem?
