I have an issue with RB951Ui-2HnD. I have 15 mpbs internet service on port 1 , no problems with internet. I have problems on lan and wlan transfers between pcs there.
I only have near 3 mbps transfers and suddenly stops the transfer. The same issue with wired pcs on ports from 2 to 5, and from 2,3,4,5 to wlan.
The serial numer is . The used firmware is 6.49.5 and the factory firmware is 3.41.
I have tested lots of setups but no way.

Best to post your config so we can have a look.
Open terminal
/export hide-sensitive file=
Extract file to your PC, review for sensitive info.
Then post contents between [__code] quotes.
Ethernet to ethernet I would expect you should be able to reach 60-70Mbps.
Ethernet to wlan should be able to get to roughly same figures (depending on how the air space around that device is polluted with other signals).
Those are figures I can get easily with mAP and it has a less performant CPU.
Unless I missed something ?
But we first need to see how your device is configured (and what else you got running there).
